  • Terms and Conditions

    Last updated: August 2026

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and online store operated by SECONDA PARIS and the purchase of products available through it.

    By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Seller Information

    The website is operated by:

    SECONDA PARIS
    Société par Actions Simplifiée Unipersonnelle (SASU)
    Share capital: €1,000
    Registered office: 3 Cité de la Roquette, 75011 Paris, France
    SIREN: 107 084 188
    RCS: 107 084 188 RCS Paris
    VAT number: FR22 107084188
    Email: Info@seconda.paris

    Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “SECONDA PARIS”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SECONDA PARIS.

    2. Products

    SECONDA PARIS designs and sells clothing, accessories, footwear, leather goods, eyewear and related products.

    We make every reasonable effort to display our products, materials, colours, proportions and finishes as accurately as possible.

    However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used to view the website.

    Certain products may feature artisanal processes, hand-finishing, washing, printing, dyeing or naturally variable materials. Small differences between individual pieces are inherent to these processes and should not necessarily be considered defects.

    Product availability is subject to stock.

    We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

    3. Prices

    Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

    Applicable taxes will be displayed or included in accordance with the destination and applicable legislation.

    Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

    For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may be imposed by the destination country.

    Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the responsibility of the customer.

    SECONDA PARIS has no control over customs charges imposed by foreign authorities.

    4. Orders

    Products are selected by the customer and added to the shopping cart.

    Before confirming an order, the customer will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery details and total price.

    An order becomes final once payment has been successfully completed and the customer receives an order confirmation.

    The automated confirmation of receipt of an order does not prevent SECONDA PARIS from cancelling the order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including:

    • payment refusal or suspected fraud;

    • an obvious pricing or technical error;

    • incorrect stock information;

    • inability to fulfil the order;

    • incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

    SECONDA PARIS reserves the right to limit quantities purchased when an order appears inconsistent with normal personal use or appears intended for unauthorised resale.

    5. Payment

    Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

    The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

    Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers. SECONDA PARIS does not directly store full payment-card information.

    All orders are subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention controls.

    6. Shipping and Delivery

    Orders are prepared and shipped from our fulfilment location in Italy, unless otherwise indicated.

    Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

    SECONDA PARIS cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

    Risk in the products passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable consumer law.

    For international deliveries, customs authorities may require additional information from the recipient before releasing a shipment.

    7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

    Customers who qualify as consumers under European Union consumer law have the right to withdraw from their online purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them, receive the goods.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform SECONDA PARIS of their decision within the 14-day period by contacting:

    Info@seconda.paris

    The communication must clearly identify the order concerned and the customer's intention to withdraw from the purchase.

    Products must then be returned in accordance with the return instructions provided by SECONDA PARIS.

    Returned products must be handled with reasonable care and, where possible, returned:

    • unworn and unused beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and fit;

    • unwashed;

    • undamaged;

    • with all original labels and tags attached;

    • with any accessories, protective materials and original packaging supplied with the product.

    The customer may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

    Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

    We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

    8. Refunds

    Where the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, SECONDA PARIS will refund payments received in accordance with applicable consumer law.

    The refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order, where required by law. Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery service are not refundable.

    Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

    SECONDA PARIS may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

    Any diminished value resulting from excessive handling of the product may be deducted from the amount refunded where permitted by law.

    9. Non-Returnable Products

    The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that fall within a statutory exception under applicable consumer law, including, where relevant, goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

    Any product-specific exclusion will be clearly communicated before purchase where applicable.

    This section does not affect the customer's rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

    10. Defective or Incorrect Products

    If you receive an incorrect, damaged or potentially defective product, please contact us at Info@seconda.paris as soon as reasonably possible, providing your order number and photographs where useful.

    Consumer purchases benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable under French and European consumer law.

    These statutory rights exist independently of the commercial return policy described above.

    Where a product is legally considered non-conforming or defective, the customer may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement in accordance with applicable law.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

    11. Materials, Craftsmanship and Product Care

    Certain SECONDA PARIS products use natural materials, leather, denim, speciality fabrics, hand-printing, washing, dyeing or artisanal finishing processes.

    Natural variations in grain, texture, shade, surface or finish may occur.

    Similarly, washed, dyed or hand-treated products may evolve over time through wear and care.

    Such characteristics are part of the nature of the product and do not constitute a defect unless the product fails to meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

    Customers should follow the care instructions provided with each product.

    Damage resulting from improper use, inappropriate cleaning, failure to follow care instructions, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

    12. Pre-Orders and Special Releases

    Certain products may occasionally be offered for pre-order.

    Where a product is sold on a pre-order basis, this will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page together with an estimated shipping period.

    Estimated production and delivery dates may change where circumstances affecting production or logistics arise.

    Where required by applicable law, customers will be informed of material delays and of any corresponding rights available to them.

    Products produced in limited quantities may sell out and may not be restocked.

    13. Intellectual Property

    • the SECONDA PARIS name and trademarks;

    • logos;

    • product designs;

    • photographs;

    • videos;

    No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written authorisation from SECONDA PARIS, except where permitted by law.

    14. Website Use

    Users must not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overload or compromise its operation or security.

    Users must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers, databases, accounts or other systems associated with SECONDA PARIS.

    We may temporarily suspend access to the website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or circumstances outside our control.

    15. Liability

    SECONDA PARIS is responsible for its obligations in accordance with applicable law.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, nor does it affect mandatory consumer rights.

    To the extent permitted by law, SECONDA PARIS will not be responsible for losses resulting exclusively from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from improper use of the website or products by the customer.

    16. Personal Data

    Personal information collected through the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection, processing, storage and exercise of rights relating to personal data.

    17. Force Majeure

    SECONDA PARIS will not be liable for a failure or delay in performing its contractual obligations where such failure or delay results from an event outside its reasonable control and qualifies as force majeure under applicable law.

    Where such an event materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer and comply with any obligations imposed by applicable consumer law.

    18. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions and contracts concluded through this website are governed by French law.

    For consumers residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive them of any mandatory consumer protections granted by the law of their country of habitual residence where such protections apply.

    Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable law.

    19. Changes to These Terms

    SECONDA PARIS may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

    The Terms applicable to an order are those available on the website and accepted by the customer at the time the order is placed.
