Some pieces are artisanal and made from pre-existing materials, which may display slight signs of wear or natural variation. These characteristics are intentional and considered inherent to the uniqueness of each item.

Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing, unless an item is marked pre-order.
All orders ship from Paris, France.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details.
Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 2–10 business days.
SECONDA PARIS is not responsible for shipments once they are in the possession of the carrier.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes determined by the destination country.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please email info@seconda.paris with photo documentation within 2 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
in the same condition in which it was received,
unworn, unused, and unaltered,
returned with all original tags attached,
placed inside its original packaging including all accessories (e.g. hangers, dust bags, spare parts, care or authenticity cards, etc.).
Original packaging and accessories are considered an integral part of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct an amount from the refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated import fees.
If import fees are charged upon return, the amount will be deducted from the refund, and a receipt will be provided.
A tracking number for the return shipment must be emailed to info@seconda.paris.
The customer is responsible for the item until it is successfully delivered to us.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
